A girl's empowerment and self-defense series, unlocking the tools to bring their best selves into the world. Geared for girls ages 7-13. What to Expect We are so excited to bring you EmpowerYouToo, a girls empowerment and self-defense series where we provide a safe and empowering space to learn, share and interact together. We will be sharing stories and experiences, learning about the building blocks of inner strength and confidence. In the second half of our session, we will be learning age-appropriate self-defense and mixed martial arts, all physical capabilities and levels are welcome! Typically we are barefoot or in sox on the soft mats - no outside shoes. There is a locker room and bathroom area for changing (no showers). We can't wait to empower together! *Note: All participants must have an adult sign their waiver form to participate.
