Why do coffees taste so different from different companies Why do dark roasts taste different than light roasts?Home Roasting coffee has been a tradition and a hobby since before the 17th century.Learn the principles of roasting coffee.In this class you'll be using three different roasting machines.  Try your hand at roasting coffee on a airpop popcorn popper and two types of home roasters with a roasting professional instructing the class.  Enjoy the home roasting hobby beginning with this class!
