I need a landscaper guy with a trailer

I need a guy to help with landscaping maintenance and landscaping construction jobs. I need this guy three times a week-ish. I have a trailer that is full of tools. It's getting inconvenient to remove said tools in order to put the debris we are creating into the trailer to haul to the dump. I want to free myself of worrying about the dump and debris. I'll pay $25 an hour, cash, daily, to the guy with a trailer and some semblance of work ethic to both work and haul shit to the dump, and work. That includes your gas $. We're never more that 15 miles from a dump. Essentially, you are being paid to both relieve me of the burden of making "dump runs" and to work helping clear/load debris into said trailer. I have a low tolerance for bullshit. This offer is a last ditch attempt to find some form of humanity out there in the Craigslist world. If you cant be on time or follow directions, I'll shitcan you immediately. For $25hr, all you have to do is A, -have a vehicle and a trailer (any form of wheeled vehicle that can get trash to the dump) B -Be on time C -have an Intelligence Quote (IQ) of that of a smart primate or greater. I'm the hardest working guy in Tucson. You'll get no pity from me. You'll know on day 1 that me and my guys are there to work, to do QUALITY work for our customers. In a sea of shitbird landscapers, we're doing high-end maintenance and low-end design and installs. You'll make more money with me than with anyone else on here. You know the people on the other end of these ads, but you dont know me. White, Black, Hispanic, I dont GAF. I have one of each on my crew, and these guys aint gonna quit on me ever. You know why? Because I'm not a business. I'm a guy trying to build a business, trying to figure out which aspect of this business I want to be in. The guys who bust their asses for me make between $25-$35 an hour. But I take no bullshit. My customers expect the best out of me and you can believe that means I expect the best out of you, every day, or we're done. Just like that. I know there's a competent guy out there.
