Bellino Fireworks is looking for Part time workers to help setup, tear down, and operate the retail sales locations that we will have in the South East section of the Phoenix Metro area. We will have 4 locations at Fry's Grocery Stores, 1 each in Tempe, Gilbert, San Tan Valley and Chandler. This is a perfect job for a non-profit group. Groups could include, little league sports, boy scouts, fraternity, sorority, high school band, choir, high school sports teams, adult sports teams. Any group at all that is looking for fundraising and would like to make money would be great. Our days and hours of operations will be from December 27th thru January 1st. The tents will need to be manned 24 hours a day, a night shift is required as we do not have a way to lock the tent. 4-8 employees will be needed on Staff for the day of Setup on Dec 27th, the busy sales day of Dec 31st and Tear down day on Jan 1st. The middle 3 days will be lower volume sales and will require 2-3 people during the daytime shifts. Setup and tear down typically take 4 horus or so. Compensation will be Commission based with a guarantee. The guarantee for the group is $4,000 or 15% of Net sales, whichever is higher. Should the group reach $40,000 in net sales, the commission would be $6,000.
