Help me level and prep floor

I'm preping an old floor on the upper level of two story house I've taken most old plywood off and replacing it with new plywood some of the floor joist twist a little as the house is really old and set it self pretty good over time. Some of them are to high causing the floor to be uneven so I've been sanding them down. Anyway I need an assistant for a full day there will be more work in the future REQUIREMENTS YOU MUST HAVE EXERIENCE IN WOOD FRAMING AND SOME KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO GET A FLOOR WITH WOOD FRAMING level we are going to lay a wood floor down so the floor need to be as close to level meaning all low spots need to be brought up to the correct height I'll pat you $15 an hour to start payed cash or cash app at the end of each day we work I need someone around 9 am tomorrow please don't waste my time if you don't have experience do not email me thank u leave your name and number I will call you in the morning if u need a ride I will pick u up
