I need help with cleaning, yardwork and some painting on a rental. 2-3 days of work 12 dollars an hour. Can pay more if you have more experience and tools. I will be having a couple of other rentals in the next 2 weeks so this can turn into more consistent work. No experience needed as long as you're a self motivated, quick learner. Please be reliable.
