WALLINGFORD — A New Haven resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Wallingford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On November 19, the big winner from New Haven, purchased a Winter Ice Multiplier ticket from the Fas Mart in Wallingford and won $25,000.
