Planet Canine is a company in San Rafael, CA 94901. We are innovative, fun and our goal is to Let dogs be dogs while their owners are away. Our work environment includes: Casual work attire $17-20/hr dog kennel attendant. Depends on experience. Hello. Looking for 2 people. SHIFT 1) interested in working weekends. Since the shift is a split shift, this job works great for people that live locally in San Rafael and/or students and/or retired. Or just looking for some extra cash on the weekend. Friday 7am-11am and 3pm-7pm Saturday/Sunday 7-11am and 3pm-7pm SHIFT 2) M-F 3-8pm Payment is via direct deposit twice a month on Fridays. * THERE ARE OPPORTUNITIES TO PICK UP EXTRA SHIFTS. AFTERNOON 3-7PM DURING THE WEEK WHEN ITS BUSY AND WE HAVE ONE EMPLOYEE WITH A BABY ON THE WAY NEXT TUESDAY. PREFER SOMEONE WANTING TO PICK UP EXTRA AVAILABLE SHIFTS BUT NOT REQUIRED FOR HIRING. Job is pretty straightforward. Look after, play with, and clean up after dogs. The hardest part is being able to manage dog play groups. Person must be able to work independently because he/she would be working by his/herself. This position is best suited for someone that doesn’t mind cleaning, loves dogs, and likes a structured workplace where daily tasks and expectations have to be met and completed. Experience is preferred but will train the right person. Covid precautions: Client interaction is pretty minimal since our doors are closed to humans besides employees at this time.
