We are a well-established, high end custom home and remodeling contractor located in Campbell. Our company was established in 1991 and has been successful in build beautiful homes from Morgan Hill to San Francisco. We currently have jobs in progress in Monte Sereno, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Santa Cruz, Los Altos Hills, and Hillsborough. We have more projects to start soon so, we are seeking several skilled journeyman level and apprentice carpenters to join our team. We offer competitive wages, medical benefits, 401k, and sick pay. Wages are based on experience. Journeyman requirements are as follows: - Minimum 5 years new construction and remodeling experience. - Own your own tools. - Reliable transportation. - Rough framing and Finish carpentry experience. - Knowledge of construction methods and techniques - Be able to read and execute plans - Able to interact and communicate well with your team members, subs and homeowners. - Punctual, neat, reliable and professional. Apprentice requirements are as follows - Good listening skills. - Strong work ethic. - Willingness to purchase your own hand tools to start and as you progress purchase what you'll need. - Punctual, neat, reliable and professional. - You should be ambitious and want to make a career out of becoming a carpenter.
