Synergy Power is a family owned and operated Solar company based in Livermore. We are looking for motivated, hard-working team members to join our installation crew in the Livermore area. We are looking for a skilled electrician who has at least four years of experience and a journeyman card. Job Type: Full-time, long-term JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -Assist with Residential and Commercial solar and battery installations. -Assist taking measurements relating to solar installations. -Assist determining the type of materials and tools that should be used for installation. -Assist in troubleshooting of solar operations. -Meet with building department inspectors. -Interact with customers as needed. -Other duties may be assigned as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: -Experience as an electrician is required. -Experience with roofing or solar electrical installation is highly desired, but not required. -Must have a high energy level, be self-motivated and enthusiastic. -Punctuality and dependability is essential. -Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold). -Work with crew members to complete projects within established policies and procedures. -Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs -Ability to work safely on rooftops with various angles and surfaces -Maintain a clean driving record BENEFITS: **Medical benefits after 60 days **Vacation and sick time accrual Company Vehicle may be provided at company's discretion Benefit Conditions: Only full-time employees eligible Work Location: Multiple locations Typical end time: 5PM This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED Work Remotely: No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year DOE APPLY: At synergypower.com/careers or responding to this ad.
