Re-finishing Hardwood Floors

Hello, I have a 2 rooms with small closets, a hallway and some stairs that I want to get refinished. The flooring is fir and has quite a bit of wear. The size of room #1 is approx. 12' x 12' plus the closet; The size of room #2 is approx. 16' x 12' plus the closet; and the hallway is approx. 36"x 110" and 135" x 58"; There are 13 stairs.
