The E-Commerce Books Production Associate is part of a dynamic production team who sorts and scans books to assist the E-Commerce department. In this role you are working in a fun and fast paced work environment to accomplish related goals with a team of peers. This position is 4 days, 10 hours. Training provided, no experience required. A bit about the Position: Effectively perform daily sorting, scanning, and/or listing of ISBN and non-ISBN books, as needed. Responsible for grading the condition of books according to industry standards. Collect book orders from warehouse, as needed. Prepare shipping labels / package items sold, as needed. Maintain a smooth flow of incoming and outgoing book product. Maintain a clean and orderly processing area. If applicable: Consistent and safe execution of duties associated with electric pallet jack and stacker operation when certified to Seattle Goodwill standards.* Essential Physical Abilities: Standing for long periods of time. Lifting and carrying 35-50 pounds. Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders.
