Custodial Technician (Bellevue) compensation: DOE, with a benefits package after 90 days Beautiful Bellevue high-rise property looking for an individual to join our exceptional community and excellent team. This position will require a multitude of assignments throughout the day to ensure the property exterior and interior reflects a dazzling appearance and maintain a superior operating function. The Custodian will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive home experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities -Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor. -Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, gym equipment etc.) to the Manager. Qualifications/Requirements -Custodial experience is preferred. -Punctuality and reliability is a must. -Ability to work afternoon and/or weekends shift is a must. -Honesty and exceptional work ethic. -Ability to solve problems independently. -Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language. -High School diploma/GED equivalent required. -Must be 18 years of age or older. -Physical Demands Continual standing and walking during shift. -Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift. -Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift. -Must be able to occasionally lift over 25 pounds. -Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals. Skills Qualifications: • Troubleshoot Systems • Vacuuming and Carpet Cleaning (spot cleaning) • Spa Chemicals/ Maintenance • Cleaning, trash and snow removal when necessary • Other Duties as assigned Qualified candidates will be highly organized in planning and working independently with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills required for interacting with residents and vendors and preparing written reports, analysis and oral presentations. Experience in maintenance or commercial office buildings, residential, multi-family properties helpful. May be required to work flexible schedules including nights, and weekends and on-call to respond to emergencies. Compensation: DOE. Favorable background checks, including criminal, driving and drug testing is required.
