MONTVALE, NJ — It may be the week of Thanksgiving, but Christmas came early for one Bergen County resident. New Jersey lottery officials announced there was one third-tier, prizewinning ticket sold for the Friday, Nov. 19 drawing that matched four of the five white balls, and the Gold Mega Ball, drawn winning the $10,000 prize. That ticket was purchased at Montvale Snack Shop, 108 Spring Valley Rd., Montvale in Bergen County. In addition to the third-tier prize won, six players matched four of the five white balls drawn making each ticket worth $500. One of those tickets was purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prize to $2,500.
