Benchmark Management is accepting applications for an immediate opening for the position of Service Technician at our Athens apartment community. The primary duties of a Service Technician are to maintain the entire community in safe, attractive, comfortable condition, under the direction of the Service Manager and assist the Service Manager with all projects and phases of on-site maintenance operations. The position requires Saturday hours and on-call rotation. On-call for this position will be every 4 - 6 weeks. The successful candidate will be a High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years maintenance or skilled trade experience, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry and working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances.
