Press release from Town of Windham: November 22, 2021 The 2021 second installment tax bills have not gone out in the mail yet. We had a major upgrade in the software and have run into many problems. The issues are being worked on. At this time, we do not know when the bills will be going out. When we do get the bill file ready, you will be able to view the bills online. At that time the printer will receive the file and it will take approximately a week to mail them out.
