If you are interested in this time option, be sure to reach out via Facebook messenger or at [email protected]***** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi! My name is Kristen and I am passionate about creating community and transformation. I am trained in mindfulness and yogic philosophy as I completed a 200-hr yoga teacher training program and am also a licensed master social worker. I've been helping individuals facilitate change & learn more about themselves for the past 10 years. I hope you will join me for this transformative workshop that will also allow us to enjoy community in a safe way. Max participants per workshop is 9. What to expect: Before we can confidently move forward into 2021, it is important to acknowledge the losses and unrealized hopes & dreams that occurred for each of us in 2020. Whether it was the loss of a loved one, travel plans that got cancelled or a life event such as a wedding that didn't turn out like you'd planned- we all have SOMETHING that needs to be grieved. We will spend some time in meditation and reflection to process these things. Once we've addressed 2020 and let some things go, we will then have a clearer lens through which to cast our vision to the future. We will spend some time in meditation here too, before we jump into making the actual vision boards. What to bring: All supplies will be provided but if you have some specific images you'd like to include, be sure to bring those. I will have 100+ magazines to find inspiration from as well as some 3D media such as ribbons & scrabble letters to add depth to our finished product! What to wear: Come dressed comfortably as we will mainly be working on the floor to reflect and create. There will be some table space provided as well. Floor cushions provided but you're welcome to bring your own if you'd prefer. We can also use the space heater, if needed. Grab a girlfriend or a partner and we'll see you there!
