TRG Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Millington, Tennessee. This position will be a Full-time, Temp to Perm position. The hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM- 5 PM. Summary: Complete all general maintenance required for multi-family/mobile home housing structures and grounds including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC work, landscaping, general construction and cleaning. **Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities -Prioritize, follow up and/or complete assigned maintenance requests -Thoroughly document all work completed for maintenance requests -Work collaboratively with maintenance and office staff to ensure correct and timely completion of maintenance requests -Communicate clearly, fully, and concisely about all pertinent information -Execute a detailed apartment turn (make ready) as instructed by Maintenance Lead/Property Manager -Initial and final inspections of apartment turn (make ready) -Assist in proper record keeping of key log -Answer and complete emergency calls in timely manner -Maintain ‘picture perfect’ grounds by following daily cleaning schedule -Handle emergency calls -Maintain a customer focused attitude at all times -Maintain personal transportation, cell phone service, and basic set of tools to complete work The specific job responsibilities listed here are guidelines to help you perform your job to the best of your abilities every day.
