Description

Louie got out of his yard (Wood St & Sycamore St) sometime today while I was at work. He is a short haired, black with wite paws/chest, lab mix. He is super shy and wearing an orange/white Hawaiian shirt collar with his reg tag. He is chipped. I am a wreck. Thanks for your help.
