PRO Bassist/vocalist with over 35 years stage and recording experience, versed in ALL styles of music, seeks a (mature) WORKING Band for a FULL-TIME position (although, I would welcome paid casuals, sub, or session work). Covers or originals - Rock, Blues, Country, Soul, Funk, Jazz or beyond. Looking for a situation where I am not "just the bass player." I am an entertainer as well (I've just wrapped-up a 3-year stint holding-down John Entwistle's bass antics in a Who tribute band). If you're looking for that "bottom edge," I'm your guy! (Oh... I also double on keys, a-la John Paul Jones) Fast learner: I have a VERY good ear. I also read/write standard notation, tab, or chord charts. Influences include (but not limited to, and in no particular order): Paul McCartney, John Paul Jones, John Entwistle, Phil Lesh, Rocco Prestia, Chris Squire, Roger Waters, Larry Graham, James Jamerson, Geddy Lee, Dusty Hill, Alan Woody, Victor Wooten, and the list goes on...
