Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader Responsibilities:  Managing a 2–3-person lawn maintenance crew while they perform basic landscaping tasks such as mowing, weeding, etc. Operating and maintaining all equipment (skids, mini-excavators, trucks, trailers, hand tools, etc.) Instruct and enforce jobsite safety, safety rules, and regulations. Teaching and training lawn maintenance crew members to achieve maximum efficiency Engage in positive interactions with customers Effectively communicate with all team member   Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader Qualifications: A valid driver’s license, chauffeur endorsement is preferred Reliable transportation and to live within commuting distance of our headquarters in Hamburg, Michigan Experience operating zero turn lawn mowers Experience leading/supervising a landscape crew Basic horticulture knowledge The ability to life 50 lbs. or more   We believe in teamwork and treating our team members with respect.
