DOUGLASVILLE, GA — A new children's clothing and accessories retail resale store is now open in Douglasville. Once Upon A Child, a franchised store by Winmark Corporation, opened earlier this month at 2864 Chapel Hill Road. It's the 12th store in Georgia, but also the 400th location in the country — a milestone for the company, according to a news release. Winmark Corporation is also the parent company of Plato's Closet, Play It Again Sports, Style Encore and Music Go Round.
