Join us for a silent retreat at our hidden oasis, South Wind Equestrian and Retreat Center, north of Austin, Texas. Relax and Be Still. Join us for an escape at our hidden oasis, South Wind Equestrian and Retreat Center, located just north of Austin, Texas in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Our experienced facilitators will lead participants through a journey of renewal and a rediscovery of self through gaining an awareness of our senses.  No experience is expected or required in meditation, mindfulness or with horses.  We welcome everyone and this experience is powerful and life-changing no matter where you are in your journey. We will integrate art, rhythm, mindful movement, bodywork, the labyrinth, time in nature alone and together in silence. In addition, we will work with horses on the ground in a deeply energetic way. When we reconnect with ourselves, and get out of our minds, we are able to access creativity, intuition and regain a sense of peace, calm and presence. Our supportive team will compassionately open space for each person's individual journey to regain a sense of calm and peace.
