WOBURN, MA — Woburn City Council will discuss nearly $3 million in spending Tuesday, including $2.5 million in federal relief funds. The council is holding a special meeting at 5:45 p.m. at City Hall Tuesday. The agenda includes in its "unfinished business" section, "Order to authorize Mayor to expend $2,500,000.00 of federal funds received from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA)."
