WOBURN, MA — Woburn City Council will discuss nearly $3 million in spending Tuesday, including $2.5 million in federal relief funds. The council is holding a special meeting at 5:45 p.m. at City Hall Tuesday. The agenda includes in its "unfinished business" section, "Order to authorize Mayor to expend $2,500,000.00 of federal funds received from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA)." The council will also discuss three new ordinances amending the Municipal Code, but details of those orders are not available.
