Electrical Wiring Set up

I have basement ceiling light (as in the photograph) where I plan to hang my projector. My internal ceiling wiring is not set up for the same but the connections points are available. I need someone who has experience and can give good suggestion and possibly help in just setting up the required wires. I do not have the wires at this point but will order them based on the discussion. $40 - $50 is something I have in mind. Interested local people can contact. Please do not contact if you have no experience.
