Rehoming 7 month old cairn terrier puppy

I need to rehome my 7 month old cairn terrier puppy. His current weight ~ 13 pounds, he will be 15-16 pounds fully grown. He was bought from the breeder, he has all papers, vaccination records, housebroken, not neutered. I am not asking any rehoming fees, but I want to be sure that he will not be resold and will go to the good permanent home, preferably with children, because he is very playful. If you do not own the home (townhome, house) please do not apply. If you plan to keep him in cage, please do not apply. Please also DO NOT delete this ad. My husband fell and broke his pelvis, and this is the only reason I have to give our dog away, I can no longer provide good care for the dog.
