We provide a lockout service for the Bloomington area along with locksmith service needs. With the position being an “On Call” position: As a technician, you will enjoy the time in between jobs to utilize as you please. When a customer calls for service, you will receive a message from our in-house app on your phone. Once the service is provided, you are free to go back to utilizing your time as you were. We strive to provide the best experience for our customers. All of our technicians will go through our personalized training course, to get you to have an easier time understanding all the fundamentals. As a part of our Company Loyalty, we will be available to help you along the way if you have any issues with jobs or just general questions. Technicians Duties Include: - Emergency Car Opening - Emergency Home Opening - Lock Changes and Repairs - Analyzing Lock Issues and Figuring Out a Solution Applicants Should Meet the Following: - No Criminal Convictions - Clean Driving Record - Have a Working and Reliable Vehicle - Professional Demeanor and Appearance - Good With Customer Service - Tools Recommended (Will provide solutions if you have none) - Understand On-Call (6 Days a Week: 6am - 12am) - Understanding the days and hours you are on-call: When a job comes in within those hours, you will need to stop and go to the customer to provide service. Once you are done, go on with your day while being on-call.
