My heating and a/c man has retired and I am looking for someone to replace him. I am a landlord with various properties in the Columbus area; all west of High Street. This gig would obviously be on an as needed basis, but would certainly be continuous work! I am willing to pay $25 to start will a raise forthcoming in a relatively short time period.
