Friendly male cat looking for new home

I have a 3 year old orange male tabby. He is neutered. He is very friendly with people and dogs. He does not get along with other cats which is the reason he is looking for a new home. He's very vocal and loves food. Somewhat playful. He's not a huge cuddler but likes to be scratched and pet. Very easy going, almost rag doll like. He can be picked up, carried, plopped, "dragged" ect. He just does not care. Small rehoming fee (or free) to the right home.
