Looking to hire an experienced skilled handyman jack of all trades who is able to go on service calls in homes and do repairs. THIS IS A FILL IN POSITION AND TEMPORARY Will discuss pay. This is a 10-99 position. Must have MANY years experience and able to repair, install, fix, etc. Must be an all around carpenter/handyman This includes the being able to do the following: LOTS of Experience in Uninstalling & Reinstalling Interior/Exterior Prehung Doors, Sliders, Storm Doors, Slab Doors, Screens, Etc Thermostat Installation, Uninstall/Install Over The Counter Microwaves, Hang Shelving (Some Very Heavy), Tear Out & Reinstall Subflooring, Lay Laminate (Tile a Plus), Trim, Remodeling Skills a Plus, Carpentry, Take Out Cracked/Broken Glass & Install New, Woodrot, Paint, Paint Touchup, Decks a Major Plus, Faucet & Showerhead Repair, Picture/Blind Hanging, Carpet Removal/Install, Gutter Cleaning/Downspouts, Door Hardware Installations/Fix, Install Cabinet Hardware, Re-Screen, Auger/Snake Drains, Minor Re-Plumb, Pick Up, Install & Haul off Dishwasher, Mount 30”-80” Televisions, Unjamb/Reset Garbage Disposals, Replace Disposals, Replace Light Fixtures, Repair/Replace Doorbells, Washing Machine, Dryer Installs/Haul Offs, Install Toilets, Fix Toilet Issues, Drill Out Locks if Locked Out, Replace Locks/Handles, Replace Sinks, Sprayers, Faucets, Unfreeze Pipes, Fix Cabinets/Drawers, Fix/Weatherproof Drafty Doors/Windows, Grab Bar Installations a Plus, Caulking, Installing Window A/C Units, Fences a Plus, Gate Repair a Plus, Fix Interior/Exterior Railings, Patch Sheetrock, Mailbox Installs on Home/In Concrete, Powerwash, Minor Pluming, Minor Electric, French Drains, HVAC knowledge and repairs is a plus but not required (freon not required), Foundation issues a plus but not required and more. Must be able to walk into a home and fix/install almost ANY issue. This job is only for a VERY experienced handyman, you will be put to the test immediately to see your skill level.
