Working on my appeal latter and if anyone can help lmk. To Ca EDD Director, United States established the EDD for American workers in the event of unemployment,disability ect. It's purpose was to provide employment services,financial security and help. It's a benefit that is earned by the individuals who worked and payed for in taxes so the EDD insurance them. If someone qualify for EDD service and is awarded documents DE429Z. That means you qualified so you shouldn't get denied what is rightfully your but,loopholes and EDD guidelines help the establishment to prevent you from receiving this benefit. You get awarded a claim and given a certificate that explains those benefits that edd will provided. Benefits which you rightfully qualify for and earned then will get denied. A class action lawsuit is needed and the department need to be investigated as soon as possible because since February before 2021 and initial claim in July 22nd 2021 have not been paid to me that is a total of 9 months. EDD department was built for Americans and they work for Americans but, fail drastically to do what its intended to do. I have a lawyer and I hope things could get resolved soon and things get fixed in the Edd's management and customer service. Legal action will be taken by me and I hope more people do the same because this is a disaster. The office has failed even through its disaster and continue to do so and nothing's being done. The handling of the situation needs to be brought to the governor's attention and something done drastically. I believe in our government assume we'll see after the result of plea for help that should be there but isn't.
