Looking for <500 sq feet of space to set up a small personal studio. I mainly work in headphones with an occasional need to test out loud. Looking to record vocals and do quiet audio work. I'd mainly be using the space in the evenings/nights after work. Happy to work around all other tenants in regards to quiet hours etc. Budget: $400-$500 per month.
