Description
Experienced maintenance man needed for a local condominium association. 30 hours +/- per week plus any after hours emergencies (average 3 times per year). Starting pay $18.00 per hour. Must be experienced in plumbing, basic electrical, sheetrock repair, light carpentry, painting, etc. Need to be organized,people friendly and patient. Must have suitable transportation -preferably a truck for occasional material pick up. Will need to pass a standard back ground check.
