Assist lead plumbing technician in all jobs; be efficient and accurate. Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction. Demonstrate you are professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. Assist in properly staging jobs; adhering to quality checklist. Support lead plumbing technician in maintaining a clean, organized job site and accurate truck inventory. Participate actively in all on-the-job training and formal exercises to master the trade. Complete accurate and timely paperwork. Requirements Driving record with few or no violations. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High integrity with communication skills and ability to make solid connections. Strong desires to be a better apprentice tomorrow than you are today. Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
