Description Position Specific: · Finish all work within the allocated time for the job · Represent yourself consistent with Goettl standards for punctuality, experience, and appearance · Remove and replace equipment in a safe and efficient manner · Provide an amazing experience for your customer on every job · Perform all installations to the Goettl standard of picture-perfect installations · Follow the appropriate checklist for all jobs · Perform all work so that it complies to all municipal code requirements · Actively participate in ongoing technical training · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. · Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. · Fantastic organizational and time management skills. · Strong decision-making and problem- solving skills. · Meticulous attention to detail. Requirements EPA certification 2 years residential HVAC experience Interest and ability to lead and manager a team Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record Bilingual a plus (but not necessary)
