I am needing to rehome my 2.5 year old miniature dachshund. No, she's not a tiny baby, but she is very much still a puppy. She's a short-haired dappled dachshund. Already spayed, potty trained, very sweet and playful. Ideally suited for a home with another young/playful dog and/or children, as she loves to run around and is high-energy. She's been raised around other animals, so does get along with other dogs and cats. I've always fed her separately, as she can get protective of her food dish if other animals come around at meal time. I'm going through difficult times with a divorce and personal medical issues, so she's more than I can keep after having to move/rent a house. It completely breaks my heart to be in this position, but I ask that you please consider this option. Asking $450 rehoming fee, as I originally paid $600 for her plus the vetting. Side note: The pekingese pictured already has a new home.
