Can't always be trusted with cats, as chasing is such fun, and can lead to... He is very good in the house, gets up when he sees you need to get by him. He is so smart, he is self-potty trained! And don't you know, those big brown eyes will just getcha every time. Since he enjoys climbing the gate and going for a neighborhood romp, he needs a yard with a privacy fence.
