JOB SUMMARY: Make and coordinate all maintenance repairs and improvements to all Buckingham facilities. This includes interfacing with contractors as needed. Also responsible for managing janitorial staff. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: All Facility Repairs Including But Not Limited To: 1. Plumbing, painting, minor electrical, roof repairs, snow removal, ordering janitorial supplies, some machine repairs 2. Coordinating lawn maintenance, janitorial staff, company vehicle maintenance 3. Coordinating summer help maintenance crew 4. Assist/fill in for janitors as needed 5. Be first point of contact for security company ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Ensure janitors are doing their job keeping the facilities clean and sanitary. • Ensure all facility repairs are done in a timely manner to maintain a good work environment. MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 10 years’ experience preferred • Ability to read and write English • Good communication skills • High school diploma, equivalent or higher • Hours 8a.m-5p.m (Monday-Friday), Saturdays for a few hours and overtime, flex for snow removal • Pre-employment drug test and background check • Driver’s license Apply online at or in person at 1-11 Travis Ave. Binghamton NY 13904
