Job Description: The Block Mover physically transports and assists in the flow of blocks from the various growing rooms and Soak Stations. Duties and Responsibilities: -Move blocks per the Operations Schedules or as scheduled by Harvest Supervisor -After harvest, conduct cleaning of the picked blocks, clean the floor, and clean the tubs/soak lids -Responsible for truck loading and unloading of blocks. -Conduct batch disposal based on the batch disposal schedule -Occasionally perform other duties as assigned by the Harvest Supervisor or COO Wage: -$18.00 per hour -Paid Time-Off (PTO) -*Health Insurance Offered for Full-Time Employees* COVID-19 precautions Personal protective equipment provided or required Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
