Need friend to bring to medical/dental appointments to advocate for me. You must have transportation and being able to provide transportation is also a plus. Familiarity with disabilities, including cognitive impairments, is required. Need somebody experienced. Medical appointments are in Framingham/Marlborough, surrounding.
