Group Fitness Coach
We are looking for a high-energy, passionate, health and fitness focused individual to join a permanent and full-time professional Boot Camp program in Modesto. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and motivating others to make better choices about their health.

JOB DUTIES
● Develop and maintain positive and encouraging client relationships
● Coach 30-Minute Group HIIT Sessions
● Design workouts and nutrition programs
● Demonstrate exercise movements
● Gently and respectfully correct form and modifying movements as needed for clients’ personal needs and abilities
● Motivate Clients to Challenge Themselves
● Participation and creation of coaching, marketing, and awareness content for use on social media to motivate and encourage members and prospects
● Basic Administrative Tasks (phone calls, emails, social media, ect.)
● Basic Janitorial Duties (vacuum, sanitize, trash out, ect.)
REQUIREMENTS
● Passion and Enthusiasm for Others’ Success
● Health and Fitness Focused
● Positive/Upbeat Energy (even at 5:00 AM)
● Comfortable addressing and leading group workouts (10+ people)
● Although beneficial to be accredited by nationally recognized fitness programs (such as: ACE, NASM, ACSM, ect.) it is not a requirement for the position. Willing to train the right people!
SCHEDULE
Due to the nature of client schedules, we offer early morning and later afternoon sessions. We are looking for full time or part time coaches for either morning or evening shift, Monday – Fridays, and Saturday.
Morning Coaching Shift - 4:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Afternoon Coaching Shift - 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Saturday Coaching Shift - 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
