Medium sized fast growing roofing company in Long Island looking to add qualified roofing sub contractors to our family. Steady work. 2-4 full roofs a week, plus repairs and others. We are looking to create a long relationship with a quality sub contractor for years to come. Only apply if you are serious and planning to be in business for a long time and have all necessary requirements. Requirements --------------------------------- - Quality roof installations to manufacturer specifications (GAF, OWENS) - Jobs 40 square or less in ONE day - Break machine and experience required for chimney flashing and apron flashing's on most jobs - White or Plain work trucks (no wraps/lettering or be able to cover it up) - Insurance and workers comp REQUIRED Interview Process - Non Negotiable --------------------------------- - You need an extensive portfolio of work (pictures or references). - We need to watch your crew on an active roofing job site for a few hours. PAY --------------------------------- We have TOP pay for subcontractors. We pay EVERY Friday with no issues. All of our subs have been with us for years and are happy and PAID.
