We are a vendor for several different property management companies. One of our clients is branching out in to the Las Vegas area and we need subcontractors, NOT COMPANIES, to help us complete several work orders for landscaping before the tenant moves in and after they move out. We need people that also have handyman skills as some of these properties may have some repairs that require our attention. We have a landscaping bundle that includes mowing, weed eating, edging and blowing; so we will need your pricing for work per square footage please. We also receive work orders for insect and weed treatment. If you have a strong work ethic as well as excellent communication skills, we hope you will consider joining our team.
