Drummer looking for second band - Alt/Rock

Drummer with plenty of experience looking for a second band. I'm currently in an active pop/rock band here in Raleigh that is a blast, but looking to get my loud rock ya ya's out too. I'm just testing the waters to see if anyone is either looking for a drummer to round out an existing band or possibly start something from scratch. The sound I have in mind is that of The Hold Steady, Cheap Trick, AC/DC, The Replacements, etc. Simple song structures, but done very well, and just fun music to play. If we gig monthly....great. If we play out occasionally.....great. I am in my early 40's, family/career, and looking for musicians in a similar stage of life but in general age is not a huge concern. I hate to get political, but please be fully vaccinated and no extreme conservative views - otherwise, this will not work out well.
