Need help Re-Homing sweet older male cat

Hello, I have a 12 year old very sweet Russian blue male cat that I need to rehome ASAP. He is very sweet and cuddly loves to hbd out in lap and generally want to be around people. Lives in house with dog, mostly ignores or stays away. But due to new job and moving am unable to keep. Has clean bill of health and has all shots, etc. but could probably use a haircut haha. Any help is appreciated!
