Alpha Baking Company is actively hiring General Helpers to join its team in Manitowoc, WI. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment removing packaged bread/bun products from the conveyor and placing them onto store trays or casing products for shipment. This role has openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Alpha Baking Company provides valuable benefit options and competitive compensation to all employees. Job Responsibilities: • Sort baked products and only package products that meet requirements • Ensure that bakery product is packaged in the correct bags • Fill out company logs on a daily basis • Keeps work area clean and orderly Requirements: • Previous experience working with food manufacturing preferred • Ability to work in a fact paced environment • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to complete repetitive work Alpha Baking Company is a family-owned business operating since 1976.
