I need a highly motivated and very independent Warehouse Manager for our Passaic, New Jersey, warehouse. You’ll be the leader of the Warehouse team and responsible for getting orders ready for customers quickly. This fast-paced, physical role will be responsible for selecting, packing and shipping orders in addition to effectively managing warehouse associates and meeting key operational metrics - as well as any other warehouse responsibilities as needed such as receiving and managing inventory.
Successful candidates must be able to cut through ambiguity to improve internal processes and deliver solutions that provide customers with the best online experience, i.e. customers receive their orders before expected delivery date, have zero problems with what they receive and are delighted with it.
You will be solving daily fulfillment challenges while focusing on efficiency, safety, cost, quality and customer experience. Must be able to problem solve and prioritize with little guidance and be comfortable making informed decisions with imperfect information.
