Place to Shoot Video?

I’m looking for an INDOOR place to shoot a short music video. Preferably something with an Urban vibe or feel. Obviously free is better, but I would be willing to pay something small, say for like electricity or use of the place. They’ll be no pyrotechnics, drugs, animal sacrifices or the like; nothing that needs cleaned up afterward..…. it’s a simple rather quiet video. Any ideas???
