Grounds Keeper needed for Multi-family family community (157 units) in Fulton County - Pay Market Rate MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE AND LIVE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE PROPERTY DUTIES INCLUDE: ◆Keeping grounds, common areas and laundry rooms free from trash, litter, and debris, and emptying trash receptacles ◆Maintain the appearance of the office, building, and grounds ◆Assist with cleaning and painting vacant apartments ◆Picking up any recycling items or neglected items left around the property ◆Helping out the property manager with non-ground keeping duties ◆Help out the maintenance person and security officer with some jobs as needed SKILLS REQUIRED: ◆Experience grounds keeping ◆Great attitude and willing spirit and ability to follow instructions. ◆Excellent customer service and passion for helping people. ◆Attention to safety. ◆Good communication and attention to detail. ◆Available to work overtime. ◆Physically agile and dexterous. ◆Clear Drivers License Must own vehicle and live close proximity to the property Hours: Flexible: 2/3 hours per day, maybe be more as needed.
