Looking for a contractor to do some renovation on rental apartment 1. Paint 2 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living and hallway ( include trims and ceiling) paint kitchen cabinets. Patch holes and mud small spots. 2. Demo 60" door, insulate, cover with drywall and finish. Then open up a 32" doorway. 3. Put / glue down 13x14ft linoleum in kitchen 4. Remove old claw tub, frame and install surround shower ( install shower knob as well ).
